Jenesia was extremely helpful. She was patient with me and my situation. Very happy with her and Michele customer service. Always pleasant, friendly and extremely professional with all their dealings with the customers/tenants. I've been here at Avante Apartment Homes for 4 yrs, and this office staff, Michele and Jesenia are by far the best to provide Renter's quality professional services. The Maintenance staff is just as phenomenal and professional.

Michael was awesome she was very helpful giving me information about Avante Apts. She is kind and approachable. I love this is a pet friendly community and I was surprised at how quiet it is for the size of the complex. They offer coffee or water or hot cocoa in the office. I’m looking forward to hopefully moving to this property

I was happy for the years I lived here. Now that I need to renew my lease, they are nowhere to be found. They are very rude and haven’t sent in writing the new offer. I will not be forced into month to month. Update: I am changing the original rating I gave this apartments. Management finally came through and were very courteous and professional.

Do not move here. Especially in the back..Please no...Smh..There is entirely too much criminal activity taking place and the management can't seem to get this under control. There is so much excessive noise intentionally being created by criminal activity that it's not even funny. If I could rate the noise level on a scale from 1-10, I would say it's a 20! The stress is simply just not worth it. This is a living nightmare. I mean non-stop harassment from criminals. It's disturbing to know that this kind of activity is taking place anywhere, let alone in a so-called apartment complex? Very, very ghetto and toxic atmosphere/environment. Go elsewhere.
