(1)A current, valid, picture State ID card. Or Driver's license. (2) A letter from the Parent(s) who have Legal, primary custody of said teenager. Stating that your teenager has your permission to travel to where she/he is going. And then back. With DETAILS. SIGNED AND LEGALLY NOTARIZED. (3) You have to notify whatever Airlines of said Minor to be traveling alone. (4) Include a current Passport if you have one. (5) check out the Airline website for anything else possibly required. (6) SAFE flying!
