Okay if they're open 24 hours why don't they ever answer the phone that's kind of ridiculous where you have the store that doesn't answer the phone I've been calling for 65 minutes

Honestly they barely have any staff during the day... I wonder how many they have at the night

I have work to phone ringing already for now another 45 minutes and still no answer. They're actually need to fire these people and hire somebody that's going to work why you have the 24 hour store

I was just here yesterday and they still suck, they said they were short staffed, and the guy left every one up front. I could've walked out the store without paying, the guy was gone for a while. It was about 5-6 people in line waiting, even a guy from another AutoZone was in line and complaining.

That's never happened when I call. They are busy though, even at night..

I just called them at 12:26AM, the guy hanged up the phone in the middle of my question. Lol
