I'm stranded on the side of the freeway.. i called to see if they have a part I need. Was on hold for 15 minutes. Called back no one answered. Why stay open 24 hours if you can't help out. Maybe you need to check on your employees.

@Ortencia Millan: When in a situation such as yours, my first and foremost concern is the safety of my passengers if any, and myself. So, seriously, my FIRST question for you is, 'Why are you calling AutoZone while in such an UNSAFE situation?' You should be calling someone whom can actually assist you in person, like 9-1-1. SECOND: Even IF the AutoZone employee had assisted you immediately, AND they had the part you needed in stock, AND they even said that they will hold it for you, 'Exactly HOW would that have helped you to get out of your "stranded" and unsafe position?' LAST: 'After your unfortunate experience, HOW exactly did you escape peril on the freeway?' Objectively, if someone calls a business like this & explains that their car has broken down in an unsafe place, I think the stranded customer's call & situation should professionally & morally take precedence over assisting a customer in finding or looking up car parts while in a much SAFER position & environment. Peace!

They are 24hrs I suggest u just uber there or order the part online and pick it up tomorrow or call again. they get alot of customers and and I've even seen a taco truck outside the time I went there if ur hungry.u have 4hr to 24hrs depending chp so pick ur poison

When I went there couple times after 1am I noticed that there's only 1 employee behind the counter and like some customers shopping like it was a Walmart .Either that was a busy night or the worker was having his Taco Cravings at the taco truck right outside his front door . That truck has pretty good food !!!

Should of had triple A. They were busy more then likely looking for parts and you cant fault them because you broke down and had to be on hold.

Wow that is a long time especially for it not even being midnight yet I've been on hold that long before too but it was at 3-4 in the morning though it being this early they shouldn't have taken that long to still not have helped you did they ever answer when you called back? Or is it still no answer?
