I needed a head light to replace on my own so i decided to head here for my lunch break, i figured 30 minutes should be enough time(i was wrong). I proceeded to locate the bulb(on my own) then Stood in line for 20 minutes. Associates were with the same customers for more than 20 minutes. They did not acknowledge the multiple calls or the increasingly longer line. Avoid if you are in a hurry (approximately 8:24pm- 8:44 pm, 08/17/2022)

Super low staff. Come one guys. Especially during covid you need to get customers out quickly. Huge store and plenty of registers but who ever is managing schedule is being cheap. The phones are ringing off the chart and the line is huge up to the door. You guys absolutely need me staff and o help people check out quickly. It will increase your business in the end.

The sales clerks Eddi & Ivan were the 2 best clerks ever. Most helpful & courteous. This is my new favorite auto part store!!

Honestly they barely have any staff during the day... I wonder how many they have at the night
@Ortencia Millan: When in a situation such as yours, my first and foremost concern is the safety of my passengers if any, and myself. So, seriously, my FIRST question for you is, 'Why are you calling AutoZone while in such an UNSAFE situation?' You should be calling someone whom can actually assist you in person, like 9-1-1. SECOND: Even IF the AutoZone employee had assisted you immediately, AND they had the part you needed in stock, AND they even said that they will hold it for you, 'Exactly HOW would that have helped you to get out of your "stranded" and unsafe position?' LAST: 'After your unfortunate experience, HOW exactly did you escape peril on the freeway?' Objectively, if someone calls a business like this & explains that their car has broken down in an unsafe place, I think the stranded customer's call & situation should professionally & morally take precedence over assisting a customer in finding or looking up car parts while in a much SAFER position & environment. Peace!
Masks are required, customers without masks are asked to leave. Surfaces are cleaned frequently. There are face shields between customers and cash registers.
I dont see why you wouldnt be able to. The part would matter for the weight im sure, but oyher than that you should have no problem
Most are cheap unless chipped or special reverse cut like (B.M.W.)
Corporations and franchises in California seem to think short staffing an establishment is profitable and progressive. In reality, those board members and leaders are considered to be well-educated dumb-asses! No common sense and no better business enthusiasm and/or adjustment. Sloppy and disgraceful!
Wow so quick to answer. First off mr failing world leader, who said anything about repairs. You Definitely have your chest up.
