Yes, there are shower facilities located in the Halls Valley Campground Area: Spots 6-9 are really close to the showers, although you will get a lot of traffic from other campers trying to access the showers. I like to camp away from the showers, and walk nice and early, when it's not in use. There is running water near campsites: 2/3, 6, 11/13, 15/16, 18, + 19/20, 21 + 22. There are also showers at the Snell Campground near spot 24. Water runs near spots: 23, 24, 27/29, 30, + 38. If you bring your own camping shower, running water is all you need.
