Yes. In fact there are several trails that allow off leash walking. There are lots of free poop bags and garbage cans, too. A true doggie heaven in the middle of RWC.

The off leash area is the south side of the park. The creek is the north south dividing line.
Use south entrance; few yds away is off-leash. Dog & people water throughout area. Trails or paved rd. Easy 45 min walk. My 🐕 loves it.
