I have 1st class ticket from Lax Bradley to Poland on LOT Polish airlines, with Miles and More credit and membership card. Do I get an access to United Lounge since star alliance lounge is still closed due to Covid-19?

I don't know. But several years ago United would not give me access with a booked business class ticket on Austrian Air. Also the united lounge is in the United terminal, not close to Bradley
