califorina the law gives you 12 days others states are 6 days i just recently called the customer support thats how i know. The late payment it determine on 20% or 20$ whichever is higher is what they use. You will need to call or pay online before the 12 days or you will get a late fee
Quite honest not sure. If you have a card on file I believe they pull it out after five days
