Yes the temple grounds are open to the public. Right now the hours are 7AM-7PM. These are the hours that are anticipated through November 28th. From November 28th to December 31st the hours are anticipated to be 7AM-9:30PM for your youth to enjoy the Christmas lights, the Christ Nativity, the beautiful and peaceful Oakland Temple Grounds.
