They are cormorants, not crows. Cormorants can also be found in several other areas around the bay and oceanfront. Many places they congregate at are known as Bird Rock. There's one in San Francisco at Lands End and one in San Diego in La Jolla, among other places.
Those are crows. That have multiplied recently abd are pushing seagulls out of the area. They are loud, combative, and obnoxious burds
