No they do not , it's a hit or miss kinda thing . Except for Christmas where their is always the skating rink or huge tree to gander at

If you mean an event like ice skating that is around Xmas only and there are other things a few times throughout the year then No Not every weekend. But all year round. There is shopping parking and restaurants hotels etc

Not necessarily organized events, but there's almost always something going on (music, activists or church groups meeting up, etc.). There's a really great Michael Jackson impersonator that's usually around when the weather is good-that guy is literally the best free entertainment I've ever come across!!
