I don't typically write reviews but couldn't resist as my friend and I had a such great experience when we visited the boutique without an appointment about a week ago. Soizic was so personable and helpful! We highly recommend her, if she isn't already fully booked!

We scheduled an appointment to turn in a bracelet for repair. We we told upon arrival that they would only see us for a few minutes because we arrived for our 10 am appointment at 10:10 since I was running late from work. After telling my daughter that it would take 6 MONTHS to get the bracelet repaired, I suggested that we just replace it. The associate stated that she would be unable to assist with that because she didn’t have time to work past the appointment time. Here’s the thing, there were multiple associates standing around or on coffee runs and not a single person in line to enter the store. I would have thought that perhaps it was a racial issue but she was African-American too. So I guess it’s just poor associate/store culture.

Ryan was great! My first US Hermes store was in Vegas, and it wasn’t a fun experience at all! I wasn’t really expecting anything special for this visit at the SFO flagship. I really admire the brand’s quality (influenced by mom😅), so I just made an appointment. Ryan was very pleasant and helpful- total opposite of the SA who assisted me in Vegas. He helped my husband decide on shoes, and even suggested other options outside the brand that would best suit my husband’s taste. He was very patient as I kept adding more things to my purchases. Overall, he is a great sales associate (no wonder why the security outside the store joked about how he has many clients- cause he actually takes care of them!).
