I renewed my licenses and they gave me a paper to carry around while it came and the paper is going to expire and the licenses has not came what do i do ?

Go back to the DMV. You PROBABLY have OLD INFORMATION in THEIR SYSTEM. Go get it updated and get a new paper license and you'll get your new license in 2 weeks.
