I can leave as early as 4:00 or so but I would need dedicated riders for me to leave so early. My normal time is 6:00 -6:30 Monday thru Friday. The Vallejo Transit Station or Cortola Transit Station. Lemon is very active as early as 5am. The cost to the rider is $1.25 and the drop off in SF is near the fremont exit. The pickup is on spear. Edit I just read SFO. I am uncertain of a carpool that goes there from Vallejo.
