Ben there more than five times, always pay diferent, always check the weight before get there. Don't bring big amounts of recycling, they steal you at the end. They don't want you see the weight machine, and they take fast the bins away. Be aware.

You have to take the lids off the plastic bottles, maximum of 100 lbs & they give you a check!

The most professional and well kept recycling facility in vallejo..many residents probably don't know its there and suffer with the one across town at Broadway and 37 which often is a madhouse..hopefully folks will read this and know that there's an option...

VALCORE is open Saturdays during regular hours (10am-4:30pm). They do close from 1-2pm for lunch, though.
No
Mon - Fri: 10 am to 1 pm then they close for lunch. They reopen from 2 - 4:30. Best to check the website. It depends on what you are bringing to Valcore.
We will be open on Friday, January 7.
We hope to be open tomorrow, but it may be Friday.
VALCORE does not take scrap metal. Alco takes scrap metal...they are on Mare Island.

Hello, Per state law, the daily load limits of CRV beverage containers allowed per day is 100 pounds of aluminum,100 pounds of plastic, and to 1,000 pounds for glass. You can bring in as little as you would like, but the state has set limits. This limit is per vehicle, not per person (no splitting of the loads). We CANNOT weigh up to 100 and stop at 100, if you go over, you have to take all the material back home with you. We recommend breaking up your load into multiple days in order to avoid exceeding the limit and being rejected. If you think you are close, save everyone's time by splitting the load to avoid having to re-bag your materials and taking them back with you. As a company, we strictly enforce the regulations as we often get anonymous inspections.
We will recycle the cardboard, but we do not pay for it.
Unfortunately we are closed on Christmas Eve. We will reopen on Thursday, December 26 at 10am for bottle and can redemption. Happy Holidays.
Yes
No it doesn't. Try Alco on Mare island.
Yes you can. They need to be flattened. There is no charge.
Yes, as long as the cans and bottles have CRV or Cash Refund (or any CA-related refund) labeled on it, you should be able to get a refund.
