Great group of passengers I picked up. Commute in to SF takes me 2-2.5 hours to get to work as a single rider; with carpool passengers I was able to make it in less than 1 hour. Passengers were very polite and grateful.

Always...people start waiting by 4am
Not sure about the very first ride. It's all dependent on the drivers. I try to get there around 545-600 to get a seat for sure. Past 630, it gets real slow. It's still possible but you would have to wait and get lucky.
Casual carpool to SF is definitely still happening at 6am at the Curtola park and ride. Not sure if they are picking up at 7am

Ryan Huiner that may be back in the day. I go from Vallejo to the Mac Arthur Bart Station 🚉. The cost is $5.00. I can leave as early as 4:00 or so but I would need dedicated riders for me to leave so early. My normal time is 6:00 -6:30 Monday thru Friday. The Vallejo Transit Station or Cortola Transit Station.
