Actually, I’ve personally witnessed that they frequently and constantly allow non-service dogs in Whole Foods on Franklin street. As a frequent shopper, I’ve reported this public health hazard to the shift managers as well as emailed it to the store manager many times but they continue to be passive about the matter. Once, in my presence, a customer actually admitted to the shift manager that his pet was a non-service dog but the shift manager still allowed him to keep shopping despite the obvious health hazard to public. The next time you see a dog in the store, notify the manager and you’ll see for yourself what I’ve experienced many many times.
