Why do you have so many bad reviews? Being that you don't respond or try to justify shows the kind of people that runs your business and reside in your property- you don't care.

ALETA THEY HAVE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ,CAUSE THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT MANAGING PROPERTY THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE NEIGHBORHOOD PROPERTY OWNERS OR THE TENNANTS ,BESIDE THE FACT THAT THEY OWN A LOT OF THE PROPERTY THEM SELVES
