It appears that requirement is set by the artist and not the venue. For example, a COVID vax card or <48hr negative test was required for the Dave Matthews Band show here, but I heard the Kiss show here earlier in the week did not have that requirement. Suggest you check the rules set for the specific show you're interested in attending.

Agree with David. We showed up for Dave Matthews two weeks ago without vaccination cards and they were charging $40 for 15 minutes antibody test. We thought Lady A was playing. LOL. Wrong week. The testing center told us it was the venue imposing this. We later found out it was each band. We saw Lady A the following week and there was no vaccination requirement.
They did ask when you got there before you parked the car. It was no problem at all. Just be smart and have a vaccine card or make a copy of the front and back to take with you.
