I was there a few weeks ago and the rule was if fully vaccinated no mask required. If not vaccinated then you must wear a mask. No one was checking vaccination cards so it's on a trust system.

I was there 9/11 and we had to show vaccine card as we walked in. If fully vaccinated then no mask required. Some people were wearing masks.
There were no requirements and there were no masks required either as far as I saw no one wearing any I went to a Korn concert and staind .. girls do you have to bring in clear bags only you cannot bring in a purse or a backpack at all it has to be clear or you can bring a clutch handbag. That's pretty much the only thing that I could think of that was required very important for us girls to know LOL
I was there last week for KISS they had no requirements..But my family and I wore double masks through the whole concert..
No one is checking our vaccination cards. Like what others said it's a trust system. We wore a mask just to be safe especially when people starts singing in front of you, on your sides and at your back, just being careful. We were soaking wet for the last song during The Kiss concert September 9th. We had fun my husband had so much fun because it was his era (LoL) I am 16 years younger and Backstreet boys is my era but they have rescheduled their concert to 2022. The Amphitheater has sanitizers everywhere. They asked for clear bags and it cost $25 so I just carried my wallet and cellphone. I paid $100 PARKING and it's just by the entrance and we came out so fast too. Great choice paying this upgraded parking. I hope this helps. Where mask if you want..just seen a concert there...each venue have there own rules..Best to call and ask that's what I did
