My Husband and myself are travelling from Seattle to LA then back to Brisbane on the 06/09/2019 and have a 7 hour wait at the airport before our flight can we enter the Qantas Lounge regards Christine Wernowski

You'll have access in LA as long as you are Emerald or the corresponding Quantas level.

The lounge (and the check-in gate) typically opens 3 hours before the flight is due to leave. If you're QFF Platinum or above, or Oneworld Emerald then you'll have access from the time the lounge opens.

Depends on your status with the Airline or Oneworld. But generally yes if you have lounge access, the lounge is open all day and you'll be let in.
