Yes, you are welcome to have your parents add me on WeChat at NY7191 and they can call me directly if they have any problem. Most chinese speaking only passengers do not have problems with testing with us as our testing process are pretty straightforward. I can send you the application forms to fill in first for them if you add me on WeChat and have them bring the forms here during the time of testing. There are also many other Chinese passengers who are bilingual in English and they are usually very helpful and friendly in assisting elderly like your parents. So, please do not worry.
