I heard in October
I was there September 10 for Kiss, no masks or vax cards needed. It was more like 10% of people wearing masks.
I brought mine just in case but they never asked for it at the concert i went to

I was told certain venues & events will be asking for vaccination status but as far as my recent visit to see Korn & Staind, there were no requirements for masks/vaccination cards
When we went and seen Korn and stained on the 11th they didn't ask us either. Nor did have ppl wear masks.
When I went on September 10th, they did not ask for proof of vaccination or test results. And half of people did not wear masks.
