You can rent chairs there for the lawn. Or you can bring a beach chair. I always just bring a blanket. Its easier.
Lawn chairs are no longer allowed to be brought in. You can rent then though.
I've brought the Costco beach chairs and blankets in without any problems

Nope only blankets check their website there might be a dimensional limit on how big of a blanket you can put down on the lawn
