Why is there many instances where these guys let u purchase boats and turn u away after there are supposedly a max amount of ppl.the head count has to be done first before selling people all day boat rentals and takin money with no refund or credit

I only know that they only allow so many boat which is around 175+ & so many Jet Skis/Seadoos at any 1 day. I have not heard anything about amount of people allowed. I know per Harbor Patrol ; you can't have more people than your boat can sit for safety reasons. I have been going there for over 15 yrs and bring my own boat therefore; I don't the regulations on rentals.
