The entrance at the nature center closes around 6pm. The upper gate is closed at 8pm. The middle gate is always open. So you can go all day

Technically they have someone stationed at the campground post 24/7 but if you plan on getting a campground and checking in id try and get there no later than 5 just to be safe.
