That is not a question about the Humane Society. Likely the Humane Society could answer but the rest of us are really only guessing.
The people who own it threatened me when i told him the second time that since the mini horse weighs at the most 200 lbs that it should only carry 20% of its body weight but he said he was going to shoot my house up so i called the police and he told me with the language barrier that he said to take care of my own yard but there really isn't a language barrier I've talked to him before about it anyway he said our animal control couldn't do any thing and to contact the humane society
