Fantastic Sausages I got polish and BBQ roll for smoking the BBQ Roll was my Favorite but the Polish was awesome too. Can't wait to get back and try more varieties.

I believe they could. You must be from the Dotte?
The sausages are already fully smoked and cooked. The butcher said to simmer in water to hydrate them. I do that then brown them on the grill just a little while to give the skin some color and a nice snap. Their meats are awesome. Try the BBQ roll. Mmmmmm
