It's a good idea. It's voice mail so speak slowly and clear or who knows what you will get. It's an easy way to ensure you get some donuts before they sell out of what you want. The cinnamon twists are my favorite!

You really want to put an order in the day before! Otherwise you'll pick at whats left, if there is any, and depending upon the time, they may be out. If you call before noon you'll reach someone, but you can leave a message - detailed how many, what kind and at what time they'll be picked up. This place is by far the best! It's definitely a local gem with its own culture and norms....
