I only been there twice in both have been the worst service ever, there’s no customer service of any kind in that store and I’m not a small client I’m a corporate out of Home Depot that is the only one with bad service

Usually corporate accounts deal with the "Pro Desk" for the same reason... Contractors and corporate accounts can call to order or meet with a Pro Desk agent and conduct their purchase, then the agent will have someone pull the order and load it, it arrange delivery so they're not waiting around. Next time I would deal with the Pro Desk...
