Arnold was great!! He took care of us today and showed me several washing machines until we were satisfied with the one we wanted. Very pleasant, funny guy. Reminded me of a friend I went to school with also named Arnold. If you're looking for an appliance to buy ask for Arnold.

Been coming here for 20 years. So I was surprised with the following washer & dryer. The washer wouldn't work until I looked underneath. A sensor was literally left unplugged. Connected it. And it worked. The Samsung dryer runs but doesn't heat up. Have tried everything. 100% confirmed that there is gas. So. I bought 2 machines & neither worked. The salesman was pushing the 5 year protection plan non-stop. Take all this, how you want it.

Stopped in close to closing to shop for a refrigerator. We looked around and Dylan helped us and answered questions we had. He was very helpful and pleasant considering the time. Tzvi was also helpful with our transaction. We found what we needed!! We will definitely come back next time we need another appliance.

Go to sear store or the sear outlet and they has the right one. They are great
