Typical TA. Good size parking lot but fills up fast in the evenings and there's a gate fee so keep your receipts. Quality of customer service depends on which shift. It's busy so wait times for showers or service will take a while plus there's lines for food and front counter. If you don't have patience for a busy place, I recommend driving until you're outside the LA area.

This place is a ripoff, they are very rude and once they have you cornered they want to take all the money from you possible, drivers be careful when getting your truck repaired there. I was there they told me it would cost close to $4800 for a break change and one caliber change, I refused the service there and they didn’t want to put my truck together for me to leave. Then next morning I found a Mechanic near by and I got everything fixed for $1800 including caliber. Please be extra careful and make sure you know what they are doing.

For a place that doesn’t allow dropped trailers there sure is a lot. Nite security doesn’t enforce the parking anyone can park wherever they want pretty much even in the fire lanes. Restaurant only open 11am to 8 pm and good luck picking something they actually have. All this money we spend at this place and they can’t even keep the place in order

This place is horrible, tried going through scale and they were under staffed and waited to damn long to get service. When I walked in they stated "yeah, we were busy". Sounds like a bad management problem. Also, they charge for parking. I have no respect for corporations who nickel and dime working class people. I definitely will make sure NOT to stop by every again. I'd rather drive a extra 15 minutes to get to Flying J. They have cleaner showers anyways.
