This is the worst bank I have ever been to. If I could give it no stars, I would. I have never experienced this at any other WF location that I’ve been to. And I have been at this location for a year and a half. The line is always out the door, and wrapped around the side of the building. There are only three tellers at any given time, and the managers are just standing around not doing a thing. As a customer service manager, with 20 years experience, they should be hopping on a computer and assisting to bring the lines down. This is ridiculous. There’s at least 4 tellers just standing around, but there’s a bigger line of people waiting to be serviced. Get it together Wells Fargo! You guys have enough money to hire more people, what’s the issue?

Not good Customer service. Been here a couple of times when I had to, always near closing. No matter how long the line, they ALWAYS CLOSE out half their tellers before they close. Making everyone else's wait, twice as long. If this was a grocery store that did that, i wouldn't come back. I am now considering Chase Bank to take my business to.

The worst customer service I've seen at a bank. I almost lost my temper forgot it was a bank. The teller was a Latin racist. Nothing but Latinos go here so when my big dred locks and african American self come in she wanted to act like I couldnt speak English. That is not diverse work space.

I went in the get my temporary debit card while my new one was on its way. I was helped by a very informative young man, Kyle Boyd. He was the most honest and informative wells fargo associate that I have ever met. He was very nice and engaging, he never tried to sell me anything, he just gave some really amazing advice. I went in to get a temporary debit card and instead walked away with a wonderful life lesson that stemmed on saving and money management. I'm happy I went in that day. Thank you so much Kyle. The Wells Fargo company should be very proud to have you as am associate.
