Tried to go in to set up bank account and they said I need an appointment. I made an appointment for the following week at 4pm and confirmed 2 times. I arrived at 3:55pm and they said someone else (whose appointment was at 4:30) took my appointment because they arrived first and I would have to wait 30 minutes. Go elsewhere.

Showed up at 5:35 as a walk-in and was told they would not be able to assist me because I walked in too late. Last I checked the bank closed at 6PM. I was trying to open a bank account. I guess they weren't interested in new business.

I am the next client on the waiting list & waiting over an hour & only see 2 accountants working on a weekday yet several empty cubicles. Is this branch to poor to pay for more accountants for their client's? I don't understand.

I remember making a complaint to one of the people there and they just disregarded my complaint. It wasn’t until I had to go back today that I remembered why I don’t come here. Honestly if you are looking for a bank. Don’t choose chase, I’m currently looking into switching banks. There is nothing that you can say as a positive or a benefit to choosing chase . Not to mention the attitude of the lady’s working there. I can’t even complain about a person in particular because they don’t wear name tags.
