No you don't need an appointment but I'd get there early if they get too many walk ins they stop taking people.

Advanced Medical and Urgent Care is right down the street. They test for Hepatitis C and you do not need an appointment. Usually Hepatitis C is spread by contact with blood, most commonly through sharing needles.
