Lived there for 16 years and i honestly cannot stand the management. They made false accusations on me saying that I was stealing from the residents when really I was not. And they did that in front of people who were trying to buy a space there. Definitely unprofessional in my opinion.

Seemed like a pleasant quiet community. Only issue was that the parking is limited here. Came as a guest to an event in their salon and it was kind of confusing trying to find the correct parking spaces for this event.

You have to send in an approval request as well as have fencing to protect anyone from getting in and drowning even if it was someone sneaking into it same goes for any small water features like ponds or even inflatable pools. Basic rule is if you want it, then it probably 100% needs to go throught management company approval

It depends if you purchase your mobile home from someone who has lived here for 20+++ years they usually have rent controlled but lately even with an 11 year lease they increase your space rent every year by a nice chunk we started at around 400 a month and now we are at over 1k in space rent thw oncreases are making it almost impossible for long term living I have heard that some are even as high as 2500 a month. Also, bear in mind that even though you own your home they have very strict rules any and all tennants including roomates have to be approved to their standards of what they consider a good tennant background checks, credit checks,... Etc. You cant buy your home before they approve you or you are stuck with a 13k+ bill to move the mobile home elsewhere or a verry quick sale if they dont approve of you. Any and all alterations to your home must be approved by the management company including large landscaping, building repair, painting, fencing, etc any appearance changes!

It has to be approved by the management company as does everything down to where your dog can have a poo.
It is extremely varried there is no set number it depends on leases length on property you inherit the rental price from the prior tenant and it increases yearly and can increase monthly if on a month to month lease
