The repair work they did was good, no quality issues. However the communication was terrible. I had to call for updates which they were unable to give with any certainty. This resulted in my being out of town when they completed the repair. I told them I might be out of town when I dropped my car off, the lady at the counter assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue. Well as soon as they got done with the car, my being out of town was an issue. I was told that they had already notified my insurance company and that if I didn’t pick up the car that day that I would be charged for the rental. The guy who called me was rude, condescending and an all out jerk (ray was his name). I would not do business with this company again!

Owner, technicians & office staff have major attitude problems. Rude, smug and unhelpful! Do not care about you or your auto body needs. Terrible customer service and poor relationships with their customers. Save yourself the stress and pick any place but here.
