I'm pretty sure they do. They are not just abortion providers, they provide all sorts of care to women, pregnant and not pregnant, wanting babies and not wanting babies. They do not promote abortions, though they offer them. But they are required to do an ultrasound before they can offer an abortion.
Locate a Pregnancy Resource Center for free ultrasounds. Planned Parenthood often does not do ultrasounds because that would reduce the number of abortion services sold.
