Yes, all facilities are required by law to allow them. I have a feeling that if your animal was a service animal you would know this. There is a clear difference between a service animal a a comfort animal/companion. If your animal is trained to give signals to notify of a medical condition or similar issue it does not qualify and you certainly shouldn't subject the animal to the loud sounds of a music venue with their sensitive hearing.
As per the law, service animals are allowed to accompany their owners into food and beverage industry spaces. Policy changes from place to place, but the law requires the allowance of service animals. Keep in mind, this has been and becoming more abused than ever. So make sure you and your animal have the appropriate license and paperwork to go along with your service animal. Also remember, they must be kept on a leash (not in a purse), and cannot interrupt business of the establishment or become a nuisance for other patrons. A service animal does exactly what it's title says. And only that when inside a place with an F&B license.
