Nice space for live music and very good sound! But contrary to the menu listed in Google Maps they do not serve food and have not for the last five years. We came hungry and left hungry. Nearby parking is expensive-$20. Second Stage space is tiny and has few chairs. Really like a small bar with a small stage. But a great place for intimate performances. No cafe - just in the name!

Hotel Cafe is one of the greatest musical venues in Los Angeles. I got to meet Sidney Poitier there once. I don't know who books the bands there, but whomever it is I say "Bravo" and thank you

My friend and I were curious about the place andthe two guys at the front gave us a rundown. It was really, really nice place and they let us check it out for a second and instantly loved it. A great live music venue to come see up and upcoming talent. Really nice chill vibes can make for a great date night. I will plan on coming the next time I'm out in Hollywood.

Such a fun, intimate venue for seeing live performances! I've been here many times and i always enjoy it! The performances are quality LA entertainment and they have great, friendly bartenders too!

The performer I saw did, but I'm not sure all do.
Sorry, but as it is a bar, only 21+. Maybe the artist is playing somewhere else locally the night before or after at a all ages venue.
No! Minors are not allowed in! Strictly inforced!
The venue allows camera, but some performers will choose to not allow.
Yes, I have worn shorts there.
Yes
Their website has talent calendar
email is best. production@ or booking@ https://www.hotelcafe.com/ thanks!
I don't know. You should call them. I paid cash on location. You will enjoy the time.
Standing room with limited seating. Main stage is larger than 2nd stage which is more intimate.
The Dream Hotel is right behind The Hotel Cafe. https://www.dreamhotels.com/hollywood/default-en.html
Yes.
They have an FAQ for that on their website
They have a small parking lot in the back that opens late and is well priced
Not at the Hotel Cafe, the drudgery of Craigslist is only pain in the buttox... Harvin, go to open mic nights if you can elsewhere
I believe that's every Tuesday.
Sorry call the cafe bar..
Sure, ńo problem. They just present the tickets, get hands stamped, and håve in and out privileges.
I've never brought food in. People just buy drinks inside.
Arclight cinemas structure is walking distance. ....as are city structures on Vine st.
Hi Taunja. We have you down for 3 tickets. Sorry sometimes confirmation email ends up in spam. thanks!
Thomas is correct there's parking right there on the spot seem to be the cheapest most inexpensive there is other parking throughout all around on her but some of his little pricey walk around Hollywood Boulevard have fun
There's a cheap paid lot next door and I think a paid lot around the back.
They used to serve food years ago and then switched to only drinks as there was no real interest. One of the girls working there told me that as soon as they eliminated food from the menu, all of a sudden, everyone wanted to order it.
That's a nope! (Faqs)
Joey McIntyre will be there for a solo show. Tickets went on sale a couple months ago and sold out in less than a minute.
It's a small space so artists usually hang out after, but for sure no one under 21
Best to visit them in person in the evening. Around 6:00 PM might work.
Because seating is limited, and If you would like to sit down, I would recommend 9pm-9:30pm. I think doors open at 8:30. Otherwise, It's standing room only!
Probably closer to 150, but most would not have a great view and would be standing.
I did motel 6. Cheap, clean and walking distance
Likely not. Basic options are to pay at the door, or to pay in advance through the venue's ticket page. There is no box office or ticket window.
All inquiries are done thru EMAIL ONLY! So, go to their web site and send them an Email about your interest to perform there! I'm sure Management will answer all your questions right away!
I guess it's answered then... Seats are limited, early bird gets the chair.
Will Jay at 7pm. Tix on site.
To ensure you get a table, I recommend being there 30 minutes before doors open. Of course it varies depending on the popularity of the Artists that night and if your interest is in the first act up, or the headliner. Even if you are in the back of the room, you are still close to the stage, particularly if you are going to the 2nd stage.
Yes, all facilities are required by law to allow them. I have a feeling that if your animal was a service animal you would know this. There is a clear difference between a service animal a a comfort animal/companion. If your animal is trained to give signals to notify of a medical condition or similar issue it does not qualify and you certainly shouldn't subject the animal to the loud sounds of a music venue with their sensitive hearing.
