If they are like any other costume shop I've worked for, I'd say yes they do. However, they will not be willing to pay collector prices. But call them.
I would call them. They ate the biggest costume place I know of. They are huge. They have lots of vintage clothes.
I do not know their purchase policy, but give them a call. Very friendly
