Was very happy with our sales person and purchased close to $2000 worth of lights & fans. I found the fan elsewhere at lower price ($100 less). I went online and started their price match process. 4 days in I decide to get online & chat. After much back and forth, they agreed to match the price- but refused to refund the taxes! Also, on their website it states, price match 100% plus 20%! I was told it's only 100% and got no response when I copy/pasted the quote from their website. They lost a sale and a customer. We're building a new house and needless to say, there were many more lighting & fans I need to purchase for it, but will not be buying from Lamps Plus. Update: We received a quick response from the manager who was filling in for the manager on vacation. He pointed out that they in fact did credit the tax paid, and he gave us the 20% discount as promised on the website. I am glad this was straightened out so quickly!! Now Lamps Plus needs to fix their online chat training.

I have been shopping at the Sherman Way location in North Hollywood for years. Although she is not a personal shopper Ana the sales employee is absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. She’s extremely helpful and kind and personable which makes popping in such a pleasure!! If you’re looking for great fine in the clearance section in the back of the store I highly suggest shopping here
