Take in one hour waiting in the sun to get inside the post office and there was only three people in line. The lady behind the counter was slow as molasses. This is the worst post office and the worst bunch of rude people I ever encountered. Don’t waste your time going to the post office unless you bring a tent.

I can’t give zero stars so one it is... I’m so tired of the last postman or woman... I have to literally stand outside waiting to see them because they don’t go through our main apartment entrance. They think that the driveway is the main entrance and if the gate is shut (which it always is because it’s a driveway) they don’t deliver mail. I’ve lost out in multiple business opportunities receiving my packages late. The people in the office are a lot better to deal with. I caught up to my mail lady and asked if I could have my mail for my address and you know what she said!?! “The gate was closed so I couldn’t deliver and I’m running late so sorry.” Are you FREAKING kidding me!?!!?

The worse service, after standing in line for 45 minutes I was told they do not Process certified mail after 3 pm. No signs stating this. Told me to go to post office on Chandler but then stated she was not sure if they could help me. Went to UPS done in 5 minutes. Forget USPS, this place is always a mess.

I am stunned USPS actually has any 5 star ratings. My rating has absolutely nothing to do with the long lines. My ratings is in regards to the scam that involves USPS. If you have a home based business avoid USPS at all cost. They now offer many shipping options through other companies/third parties. USPS should be investigate for theft. Particularly this location! My packages show delivered yet never make it to my home, I've had 3 instances when this occurred 1 case was close because they cannot do anything about. The other 2 are still missing. The supervisor Arby could've easily went on his system and check were it was delivered. Instead told me to open a case and let the claims department deal with it. Guess what I am negative on $$$. I am not the first one to complain about this location. Avoid this location! I started using UPS now.
