They probably would take the vintage 70s clothes because they have stuff looking like from medieval times. Not sure about the comics but if I were them, I'd take those too. Paramount studios would probably take the vintage clothes. I know from a fact that they have stuff from the 30s and 40s

They do have sales periodically , not sure when or what days, but yes they do
Western costumes is a rental house so they don't typically sell their costumes. However on occasion they have sales, one in fact is coming up in June I believe
I don't know but I bet Western Costumes has something like it.
I'm sure they do. But it might be cheaper to rent from a smaller costume shop
If they are like any other costume shop I've worked for, I'd say yes they do. However, they will not be willing to pay collector prices. But call them.
U can did it here but it's gonna cost a pretty penny
