Why do they never answer the phone and when they do - put you on hold 20-30 minutes and then you have to hang up as you are at work and can't wait any longer.

I was a patient for 20 years and that never happened to me. He is smart and a great doctor and being a RN a know when a MD is great so consider yourself lucky you are his or her patient.

That's never happened to me. But I know they are really busy on Wednesdays all day. It's probably best to call in the mornings

Or the doctor that recommends him puts a time limit for you to set up an appointment their computers mess up you have to call them back & then your time has to be reset by your doctor again

It has happened. There is only two peopke answering phones, so it's very busy. I called in the afternoon and there was no wait.
