I would say yes. They take reservations. And definitely is a good choice.
Although it has a cozy feel I do think that they would be able to accommodate a party of 13. The food was terrific and their were some good family style options for appetizers as well. It was our first time there and it will definitely be a stop on our next trip back to Temecula!!! Hope this is helpful.
