They need to hire people that actually know about the products they sell. The younger girls at this location have a look on their faces like:" please don't ask me for help". Me being the only customer in at the time had no choice but to ask her for help. She was very short answered and rude. The older lady was very helpful the first time I came in but this time she seemed like she was just trying to look cool for the other employee. I asked her a simple question and they simply looked at each other and very simply said I don't know. After still purchasing 60$ worth of cleaning products for my boots, I tried paying with a 100$ bill and they told me they had no change. So I ran to my car to get my card and walked into the store just to hear the two girls having a conversation about short change con artist. They became real quiet as I walked up to the register to pay and still with very bothered look on their faces. Please hire helpful people

Helpful staff. I wear a size 15, asked the staff for that size, didn't have it. They brought out a 14 it was a bit snug,was told they would stretch out one size larger. I bought the Irish setter with side zip, and three weeks later, I'm loving me boots!!! They fit perfectly, they are comfortable, I walk upwards to 8 miles a day in these bad boys. At the end of the day, my feet are good. Thank you Red wings!

I ordered a pair of boots back in December of 2020. They said they'd be in in about a month and that I'd receive a call upon their arrival, but that never happened. I went into the store in person every month to check, but was told every time that the boots still hadn't arrived yet. In May of 2021, I went in to check again and was told that the boots had arrived three weeks prior, but had already been sold. They told me that they called me, but when I showed them my phone record with no call from their store, the employee simply said, "Oh, well I'm not usually the one who calls, so I don't know what happened". I was then told to come in the next Friday so they could have a pair brought over from a different store. When I came in then, not only was I told that the pair hadn't come in still, but that they weren't even made in the size I needed. Maybe it's just this location, but this store is very poorly run with no accountability whatsoever.

Forgot the young dudes name with the fro and hat , but he exceeded my expectations by a mile . I rolled in the store and he knew the boots and how they fit like he made them himself. Not pushy, just knowledgeable. Other customers came in and he helped 4 of us at the same time without missing a beat . Just when I thought the art of customer service was lost by the 20 somethings. You earned a new loyal customer today . Thanks for getting me back into a pair of great boots .

Yes they are. Have several pairs and love them. Remember they can resole and condition then and make them brand new!!
