There was a community meeting regarding this Wal-Mart matter last year, it is or was supposed to be built on central ave. Exact location I do not know.
Has been thrown around for so long. Originally they had planned a Super Wal Mart in Menifee. Then talked about building it in Elsinore. Have not heard anything about it for some time, after years of back and forth. Don't really care what they do. I avoid Wal Mart as much as possible.
There is suppose to be a super Walmart to be built, the old one on Grape street will then be closed. It has been in the works for along time.

I think you might have been misinformed, but I wouldn't be suprised if the Wal-Mart in Lake Elsinore is going to expand, or remodel due to recent uptick in the economy lately.
