They definitely have bad customer service over the phone. You won't be able to get in contact with anyone, and you'll be on hold or still calling forever.

Yes phone service sucks cause they need to help the 10 people standing in front of them first.

Bad customer service. Try to call can't reached the person i needs to asked the question about my surgery. Leave the message no one call back.
